45. Montalban on a Cesna plane, Mexico (2017)

The final watercolour casts the shadow of a Cessna plane flying over the archaeological site of Montalban. I visited Oaxaca in 2017 with Dee and we adventured to fly across the state in a small plane piloted by Capitan Juan Carlos. We flew from Oaxaca City to Puerto Escondido. We spent a whole day in Montalban and the region and would return to this beautiful part of Mexico any time. I much hope my son Memo eventually gets to see this captivating part of the world.
